Ingredients

3-4lbs- Thin Bone-in Pork Chops
1- Bottle Tennessee Whiskey Marinade
Allegro Sweet Heat Seasoning
Your Favorite Steak and Pork Chop Rub

Directions

Marinate thin cut pork chop in Allegro Tennessee Whiskey Marinade for 4 hours.
Place pork chops on a wire rack or cookie warmer rack. Season them up with your favorite steak and pork chop seasoning. Then finish them off with some of Allegro’s Sweet Heat BBQ Seasoning.
Place them on a hot grill at 375-400 degrees. Cook the pork chops until they are charred and reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Flip the chops periodically throughout the cook.
Optional Step: Baste pork chops with your favorite Allegro BBQ Sauce when pork chops reach 135 degrees internal temperature. Let them glaze until they reach 145 degrees internal temperature.
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes loosely covered in foil so air can escape. Dive into them bad boys.
Serve with your favorite side dish. Recommended sides to grill along with these pork chops would be corn or small potatoes wrapped in foil.
