INGREDIENTS: BROWN SUGAR, HYDROLYZED VEGETABLE PROTEIN (WATER, HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, SALT), MUSTARD (VINEGAR, WATER, MUSTARD SEED, SALT, TURMERIC, PAPRIKA), WATER, BOURBON WHISKEY, SALT, GARLIC POWDER, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE (DISTILLED VINEGAR, MOLASSES, CORN SYRUP, WATER, SALT, CARAMEL COLOR, GARLIC POWDER, SUGAR, SPICES, TAMARIND, NATURAL FLAVOR), SPICES, CITRIC ACID, NATURAL FLAVOR, SODIUM BENZOATE (TO PRESERVE FRESHNESS). CONTAINS: SOY

Tennessee Whiskey Marinade

Slow and Easy Ribs

Ingredients
  • 12 Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 bottle of Allegro Tennessee Whiskey Marinade
Directions
  1. Remove Ribs from packaging and rinse in the sink. Cut slab of ribs in half and place in at least a 4 quart crockpot. (To get optimal appearance place ribs up against the wall like you are standing up toothpicks)
  2. Pour the entire bottle of Tennessee Whiskey Marinade on them. Use a spoon to make sure the marinade has coated the ribs well.
  3. Turn the crockpot on low and place the lid on the crockpot. Cook for 6-8 hours, or until meat is easily taken off the bone.
  4. At around 4 hours of cooking remove the lid and make sure the ribs are well coated with the marinade.

**Remove the lid as little as possible to keep temperature at optimal heat.
