INGREDIENTS: WATER, BALSAMIC VINEGAR(WINE VINEGAR, GRAPE MUST, NATURAL FLAVOR), BROWN SUGAR, SALT, DRIED GARLIC & ONION, SPICES (INCLUDING BLACK PEPPER), HYDROLYZED VEGETABLE PROTEIN (WATER, HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, SALT), CARAMEL COLORING, INVERT SYRUP, SODIUM BENZOATE (TO PRESERVE FRESHNESS). CONTAINS: SOY

Black Pepper marinade

Black Pepper Steak

Ingredients
  • ½ cup (or more if needed to cover steak) Allegro Black Pepper Marinade
  • 2 pounds New York Strip, Rib-eye or sirloin steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Directions
  1. Place steaks in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add Marinade; turn to coat well.
  2. Refrigerate 2 hours to 24 hours. Longer yields extra flavor.
  3. Remove from fridge and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
