Flavor Profile:

Spicy Spicy

INGREDIENTS: SOY SAUCE (WATER, SALT, HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, INVERT SYRUP, CARAMEL COLORING), WATER, LIME JUICE (FROM CONCENTRATE), SPICE, VINEGAR, DRIED ONION, DRIED GARLIC, CITRIC ACID, SODIUM BENZOATE (TO PRESERVE FRESHNESS), LIME OIL.

Duck or Goose Jerky

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle Allegro Hot & Spicy Marinade
  • 4-6 duck or goose breasts
Directions
  1. Slice 4-6 duck or goose breasts in 1/8” slices cross grain. Helps if breast in still somewhat frozen.
  2. Place in gallon zip bag, and pour in one bottle of Allegro Hot & Spicy Marinade. Marinate for 24-48 hours.
  3. Place in dehydrator until dry. Mine takes 4-5 hours.
