CONTAINS: SOY

Honey Garlic Marinade

Honey Garlic Shrimp and Vegetables

Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup Allegro Honey Garlic Marinade
  • 1 16 oz. Bag of Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp. Butter, Unsalted
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp. Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Red/Yellow Bell Peppers
  • ½ tbsp. Lemon Juice, Fresh
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • ½ tbsp. Cilantro
  • 1 Cup Long Grain White Rice (Optional)
Directions
  1. Add Shrimp, honey garlic marinade, garlic, cumin, chili flakes to a bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut Zucchini into half slices. Set aside.
  3. Cut yellow and red peppers bell peppers into slices. Set aside.
  4. In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add zucchini and peppers. Cook until tender. Approx. 7-10 minutes.
  6. Add shrimp mixture to vegetables. Cook until shrimp is pink in color. Approx. 5 Minutes.
  7. Add lemon juice and remove from heat.
  8. Can be served with long grain white rice.
  9. Garnish with cilantro.
