Prep Your Ribeye - Start by thinly slicing a ribeye steak. Make sure it is very cold/partially frozen and use a SHARP knife. It makes slicing thin so much easier.
Marinate Ribeye - Add your sliced ribeye into a bowl and pour about 1/2 bottle of Allegro Tennessee Whiskey Marinade over the ribeye. Allow to marinate for 2 hrs.
Cook Your Onions - Fire up your griddle to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and put the sliced onions down. Pour some Allegro Tennessee Whiskey Marinade on top and allow them to cook.
Cook Your Ribeye - Add your marinated ribeye to the griddle and cook for a few minutes.
Build Your Sandwich - Build your sandwich with the Allegro Tennessee Whiskey Ribeye and Onions. Pour over some Cheese Whiz and enjoy!
