- 1/3 cup Allegro Tennessee Whiskey Marinade
- 1 1/2 tsp of The Blend ~ an all purpose seasoning ( or salt & pepper)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 1 tsp light brown sugar
- 6 chili Thai peppers ( stem removed, leave whole)
- 1 tsp olive oil
