Ingredients
Roasted Jalapeño Aioli:
- 1 Cup Kewpie Mayo
- 1 Tsp Allegro Signature Seasoning
- 1 Roasted Jalapeño (seeds removed)
- 1 Roasted Garlic Head (5-6 large cloves)
- 1/2 Bunch of Cilantro Chopped
- Zest and Juice from one Lime
For the pickled vegetables:
- 1 cup Carrot
- 1 cup Daikon Radish
- 1/2 cup Distilled White Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
