  • 1 8oz Bag of Shirataki tofu pasta
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup of Green Bell Pepper Diced
  • ¼ cup of Red Bell Pepper Diced
  • ¼ cup of chopped scallions/green onion
  • 1 Tbsp of fresh or dried parsley
  • 2-3 Cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 1/2 small White Onion or can be replaced with of red onion ½ cup sliced.
  • 3/4 Zucchini, Summer squash, Indonesian eggplant, Bean Sprouts, Bean Pods or whatever you wish to add to your amazing dish - make it your own!
  • 2 Tbsp Butter (optional)
  • 3 Table Spoons of Gluten-free Soy.
  • 3 Table Spoons of Allegro Original Marinade
  • 4 Table Spoons of Fish Sauce
  • 4 Table Spoons of Gluten Free Hoisin Sauce
  • ½ tsp of Crushed Pepper Flakes (optional for a little heat)
  • Poultry, Seafood or Beef as desired
