Like them I’m not always spending big bucks on #protein. I don’t mind finding #cheaper cuts of #meat and working to make them #tastegreat. For example, this #meal can be done for under $30 and still feed plenty, maybe even have #leftovers. #Tenderize it, #marinate in @allegromarinade, and season. I marinate these for about 3 hours. #Grill on the @webergrills indirect over @thegoodcharcoal until I hit around 120, then direct heat on each side until 125-130, temps perfect with my @maverickthermometers. Get some #chimichurri made up a few hours ahead. Slice thin with your @spaceman_knives and dress it up. A little @mccormickspice and @meathammerubs goes a long way. A few favorite #sidedishes and it’s #money!
