Chop up all the vegetables.
Add oil to pan, then sauté vegetables until tender along with adding some beef rub.
In a bowl, add your raw ground beef, Allegro Original Marinade, bread crumbs and more beef rub.
Once the vegetables are tender, add them to the meat mixture and use hands to incorporate.
Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap and place the meat mixture into the loaf pan.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Heat smoker to 250° F.
Place chilled meat loaf on smoker and allow to cook/smoke to an internal temperature around 140° F.
Glaze the meatloaf with Allegro Original BBQ Sauce.
Continue smoking at 250° until an internal temp of 160° is achieved.
Remove and allow to rest, then slice.
