Place the beef in a large Ziplock bag and add one bottle of Allegro Teriyaki Marinade. Let the steak marinate for 6-24 hours.
Heat your grill to two zone one at 400 degrees and the other in the off position or not charcoal. (I prefer to use a charcoal grill)
Take the beef out of the Ziplock bag and pat it dry. Then place the steak on the hot side of the grill. After 3-4 minutes, flip the steak over for 3-4 minutes. After searing the steak, move it to the cool side of the grill and close the grill.
Continue to grill the steak to the desired internal temperature. Rare - remove at 125, medium rare - remove at 130, and medium - remove at 135. After removing the steak, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve with your favorite side dish.
