- 1 bottle of Allegro Hot & Spicy Marinade
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 1 lb raw shrimp (deveined, cleaned with tails removed, 10/12 or 16/20 size)
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (fresh is best as it melts nicely)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 sliced cherry tomatoes
- Zest of 1 fresh lemon
