For the burger:

In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped garlic, salt/pepper, burger seasoning, and Allegro Original Marinade
Toss on the grill to cook to preferred temperature.

For the bourbon cheese:

Melt salted butter. Once melted, add about 1/4 cup of bourbon.
Let the bourbon cook off at a higher heat. Cooking the alcohol off should take about two minutes. Then, bring back down to a low heat. (If the bourbon does not catch fire, then the bourbon should decrease to about half of the original amount to ensure that the alcohol is cooked off.)
Add in cheese and let everything melt together!

For the onions:

Julienne two onions on a medium to low heat. Let the onions cook down for about 30 minutes. Add one tbsp of butter, one tsp of salt and sugar.

For the bacon:

Add bacon to grill. If using an oven, bring the bacon to room temp, place in the oven, and THEN turn the oven to 425 degrees. Cook until crispy (about 13-15 minutes depending on thickness).
