- 2 lbs of stew meat - diced into bit sized pieces
- Beef rub of choice
- 1-2T of olive oil
- 8 oz of sliced mushrooms
- 2T of chopped garlic
- 2T of dijon mustard
- 1 cup of white wine
- 2 cups of beef stock
- 1 lb of egg noodles
- 1 cup of sour cream
