Dice up stew meat into bite sized pieces and marinate all day in the refrigerator with Allegro Original Marinade. Adding just enough to cover the meat.
Drizzle some oil to your pot.
Sauté the sliced mushrooms until tender, adding your preferences amount of beef seasoning.
Remove mushrooms and set aside.
Sauté meat until some color is achieved, adding your preferred amount of beef seasoning.
Then add your garlic, Dijon mustard, white wine and beef stock to the meat
Stir around to combine.
Add uncooked noodles and the cooked mushrooms to the mixture and stir around to incorporate.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 14-18 mins until noodles are done.
Add the sour cream and give it a stir incorporate into the dish.
Allow the dish to sit and thicken up as it cools some.
