Ingredients

Pizza crust
1 bottle Allegro Spicy BBQ Sauce
1 bottle Allegro Hickory Smoke Marinade
2 chicken breasts
2 cups mozzarella cheese
½ red onion, sliced

Directions

Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts, cover dish, and refrigerate for 2 to 12 hours.
Remove chicken breasts from marinade and place them on greased/lined baking sheet.
Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts.
Bake the chicken at 425* for 25 minutes or until 165* internal temperature.
Allow the chicken breasts to cool and rest.
Slice the chicken thinly against the grain of the muscle fibers into bite sized pieces.
Spread Allegro Spicy BBQ Sauce on the pizza crust. We suggest using 3/4 cup, but you can adjust to suit your preferences.
Top with mozzarella cheese, chicken, and red onion. For extra flavor, try adding more of your favorite toppings like green bell pepper, mushrooms, bacon, pineapple, or additional cheeses.
Drizzle some of the remaining Allegro Spicy BBQ Sauce on top.
Bake at 425* for 10 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
Slice with a pizza cutter, and your Allegro Spicy BBQ pizza is ready to serve!
