Clean roast.
Place roast in a Tupperware container and pour in banana peppers, banana pepper juice, and 1/2 bottle of Allegro Brisket & Fajita Marinade. Add your favorite steak seasoning to the top of the meat.
Put container in fridge and let marinate for at least 8-10 hours.
Empty the container into the crockpot. Use the water to clean out any leftover seasoning in the Tupperware. Add Allegro Original Marinade and the remainder of Allegro Brisket & Fajita Marinade.
Cook on low for 7 hours.
Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch slices to make fries.
Toss with oil and The Blend (all purpose) seasoning and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Top fries with shredded cheese and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Place shredded roast on top of the fries.
Add your favorite toppings (pico de gallo, nacho cheese, chives, etc) and enjoy!
