Marinate the Lamb: Place the lamb loin chops in a bowl or resealable bag with Allegro Original Marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Prepare the Pesto: In a food processor, combine the walnuts, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, basil, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Coat and Bake: Remove the chops from the marinade and coat them evenly with the prepared lemon basil pesto. Arrange on a baking sheet/dish and bake for 12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for a tender, medium-rare finish.
