Wash the chops and dry them with paper towel. Place it in a bowl and pour in Allegro Original Marinade. Let it sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.

In your oven or air fryer, place your beets. Pour some olive oil and sprinkle some salt. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes. Remove the skin and purée with cream. Add salt to taste.

Wash and slice the veggies. Place it in to the baking sheet. Pour 2 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt. Bake it at 400F for 20 minutes. Flip halfway.

Time to grill the chops. We like it well done but if you prefer medium well then cook it on high heat for 3-4 minutes each side.

Add 2 tbsp butter and sauté shallot and garlic for couple of minutes. Add lime zest and juice. Mix it well before adding in the chops. Sprinkle some salt. Add 1/2 cup of broth or water, cover it for 3-4 minutes so the flavors can introduce each other. Add freshly chopped parsley before serving.
