Ingredients

2 catfish fillets
1 cup of Allegro Teriyaki Marinade
All purpose seasoning to taste
1 stick of butter

Directions

Lay catfish in a pan and pour 1/2 cup of Allegro Teriyaki Marinade evenly over the top of each fish fillet.
Let fish marinate for one hour. Refrigerate or keep fish cold while marinating.
After fish is done marinating, season fish with your favorite all purpose rub.
Fire up and heat grill to 400 degrees. Lubricate grill grates with cooking oil.
Place fish over direct heat, flipping and oiling grates every 30 seconds.
Once fish has a light char, remove from grill (usually takes about 4 flips). Do not let fish get too soft.
Lower the temperature of the grill to 325-350 degrees (or prepare to cook indirect heat).
Build a boat out of aluminum foil for each fillet.
Put 1/2 stick of softened butter into each boat. Place fish in the boat on top of the butter.
Return fish to grill and cook until the internal temperature of the fish is 145 degrees.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
