Ingredients

1 bottle Allegro Nashville Hot Marinade
1 stick of butter
Chicken wings, skin on

Directions

In a saucepan on the stove, heat a bottle of Allegro Nashville Hot Marinade with a stick of butter—or two bottles, depending how many wings you are grilling and whether you prefer them juicy (“wet”) or dry—until the butter melts, stirring well.
Line a BBQ tray or basket with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange wings on the foil.
Place on the grill at low temperature (200◦ to 250◦F) and pour sauce over wings. After 15 minutes, turn wings and coat the other side with sauce.
Continue to cook at low temp for 2 hours, turning approximately every 15 minutes. At this point, your wings are done and juicy. If you prefer dry wings, use more sauce and continue to grill until they are just right for you. Or take advantage of both options—let your guests choose wet or dry wings!
Serve with Ranch dressing and have your favorite Allegro BBQ Sauce ready and waiting!

Cleanup tip: Poke holes in the foil and let any leftover sauce drain before removing from the grill.
