My wife and I have been making this jerky for more than 10 years, it is superior to commercial jerky, and it has no gluten and is not sweet. I bring it into work and share some with co-workers. They love the jerky. The recipe is pretty simple, and the results are fantastic.
This is a great recipe for our GOLD BUCKLE BRISKET SAUCE.

Best jerky ever - everyone loves it!! I have to make it in larger batches - as my kids expect a package at Christmas and such.
